Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in exercise of their trade, business, or profession.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Retro Fun Piotr Czerniawski.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The following languages are available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, Polish
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process.
You also have the option to collect the products from Retro Fun Piotr Czerniawski, Erich-Weinert-Str.31, 02625 Bautzen, Germany during the following business hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays. Please inform us at least two business days before your collection so that we can prepare the goods from our warehouse.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include statutory VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Advance Payment
If you select advance payment, we will provide our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit Card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment service provider (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be executed by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is available during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered and selected PayPal customers based on its own criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these modalities; any additional individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. For more information, please refer to your PayPal account.

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
7. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.
Important notice: The ODR platform will be permanently closed on July 20, 2025. Submission of complaints via the ODR platform will therefore end on March 20, 2025. We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
